Want to lose weight and not sure where to start? Look no further as we have arranged another FREE 6 week Healthy Weight Programme at the Community Wellbeing Hub in Ewood Park. These educational sessions will take place from 8th May, and will continue every Wednesday, 11:30am – 12:30pm.

The sessions offer tailored advice to help you achieve your weight goals. You will explore specific topics each week, led by a Health & Wellbeing Coach. Further information will be available about physical activity that can help you meet your goals.

  • Free resources provided, including our Healthy Weight Journal and information booklet

Health coaching provides people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make lifestyle changes that will help you to reach your weight related goals. Our Health & Wellbeing Coaches:

  • Offer up to 6 appointments
  • Flexible and comfortable meeting spaces
  • Skilled and experienced
  • Provide free resources, including our Healthy Weight Journal and information booklet
