Once your submission is live on the map, you will be added to a contact list. Regular communication will be made from the hosts (BwD Health & Wellbeing Team) with each provider to make sure relevant information is up-to-date. This will be done on a monthly basis, and we require confirmation from yourselves that the correct information is displayed. If the information needs updating, please let us know, and we can provide support if needed.

Failure to respond within 30 days, or provide the correct information will result in said provision / service to be removed from the digital map with immediate effect, until the relevant information can be updated.
