We aim to break down barriers and empower adults with a learning disability and autism to embrace an active lifestyle.
Explore a range of adapted sessions tailored to accommodate all abilities. From low level indoor multi sports sessions, to outdoor walking and cycling sessions, we ensure that everyone can be physically active at their comfort level and preferences.
Our staff are friendly and helpful, with a range of experience working with individuals living with a learning disability and autism. We will provide fun and adaptive sessions in a safe and inclusive environment.
Sessions are £1 for residents of Blackburn with Darwen and £2 for non residents
