Health & Wellbeing Coaches operate within the community to provide information, motivation and support, on a one-to-one basis, using health coaching to help individuals make healthy lifestyle changes.
They encourage individuals to set their own goals and enable them to assess their lifestyle and discover which factors have an impact on their health.
Health & Wellbeing Coaches are skilled in motivating individuals, are caring and empathetic with the knowledge needed ‘to point individuals in the right direction’ to make lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime.
They offer a flexible, confidential and non-judgemental service. We have a team of male and female coaches.
Health & Wellbeing Coaches are there to support towards change, they don’t just tell people what to do; they stay with them to make their first steps.
