Walking Workout - 4 JANUARY - 29 MARCH 2023
Join us every Wednesday for a low level walk in the great outdoors. Feel stronger and more energised with simple exercises to work your muscle strength and balance.
Wednesdays – 9.45am – 10.30am, Sunnyhurst Woods, meet at the disabled entrance on Earnsdale Road, Darwen, BB3 1JA
Darwen Heritage Walk - EVERY WEDNESDAY
Join us from every Wednesday for an interactive guided walk around Darwen Town Centre and earn about the history of the famous cotton mill town.
Wednesdays 11am, meet at Darwen Market Square. Walks will last approximately 45 minutes.

We are offering NEW sessions at Shadsworth Hub for you and your baby!
From 12th January, join us every Thursday at Shadsworth Hub, Rothesay Rd, Blackburn BB1 2ESĀ for new Brew & Chat, Gentle Exercise for New Mums, and Baby Movers Sessions.

Long Covid Peer Support Group
If you are experiencing symptoms of Long COVID, or you’ve had a Long COVID diagnosis, join us for our peer support session to share your story and hear from others.
We have two sessions running every month, one virtual and one face-to-face. Both sessions will have special guest speakers from the Long COVID Support Service.
Our virtual sessions will start 23rd November 5:30pm – 6:30pm and will take place every fourth Wednesday of the month.
Our face-to-face sessions will start 14th December 1:30pm – 2:30pm, Albion Mill, Albion Street, BB2 4LX, and will take place every second Wednesday of the month.
