Having a healthy mind and good mental health is important because it affects how we think, feel, and act.  It also affects how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.  A healthy mind is important at all stages of life from childhood onwards.

Our Health & Wellbeing Coaches provide a wide range of lifestyle advice and support to help you with keeping a healthy mind. They can teach you techniques and tips for achieving quality sleep, we can help you eat well and get more active, and we can signpost you to regular activities and volunteering opportunities in your community.
