What is it?

Blackburn Citizens Advice Bureau aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face.  They aim to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

The service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.

Who is it for?

The Citizens Advice Bureau helps people resolve their problems.  As the UK’s largest advice provider we are equipped to deal with any issues from anyone, for instance spanning debt and employment to consumer and housing, plus everything in between.
