There are plenty of opportunities for you to stay active while staying at home.
You don’t need gym equipment at home to stay active. Everyday activities such as doing the vacuuming, hanging out the washing, and mowing the lawn all count towards your daily activity levels.
Try to break up long periods of sitting by getting up and moving for at least five minutes each hour.
If you’re looking for some inspiration, we have lots of videos and workouts that you can follow online as well as live online classes you can join in with. Our You Tube Playlists and online classes include low level chair based exercises, balance and strength classes, relaxation classes and activity to get your heart pumping.
